The SDG Champion Prize Ceremony 2025, jointly organized by Human Harmony Nepal, Project 100, and the World Conference Council with the support of the Government of Nepal, recognized Richa Shahaney of the United Arab Emirates for her outstanding contributions to SDG Goals 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure), and 13 (Climate Action).
Ms. Shahaney is the Founder & Chief Visionary Officer of Horizon Bridge Firm FZ LLC (UAE), a multi-platform advisory ecosystem dedicated to building future-ready leadership and institutions. With over 15 years of experience in enterprise digital, AI, and public-sector transformation, she has led large-scale programs globally, including landmark AI initiatives in the UAE that have set new benchmarks for responsible innovation.
She also serves as Vice President – Program & Customer Success at a Salesforce Summit Partner in the UAE, where she drives excellence in customer engagement and digital transformation. Through Horizon Bridge, Ms. Shahaney advances SDG 4 by enabling structured learning and youth leadership, SDG 5 by opening pathways for women into advisory and governance roles, and SDG 9 by fostering responsible digital and AI-led innovation. Her work further supports SDG 13, integrating sustainability and climate-conscious strategies into technology and leadership frameworks.
