The SDG Champion Prize Ceremony 2025, jointly organized by Human Harmony Nepal, Project 100, and the World Conference Council with the support of the Government of Nepal, recognized Mangesh Manohar Deshmukh of India for his outstanding contributions to SDG Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.

His work extends beyond the courtroom, where he actively engages as a social worker, addressing community issues that often lead to legal challenges.
Through his empathy and commitment, Mr. Deshmukh has supported over 2,500 individuals in their legal battles, offering guidance and advocacy to those in need. Equally impactful is his dedication to education — he has taught and inspired more than 21,000 students, striving to bridge the gap between law and society by fostering awareness and empowerment.


His work embodies the true spirit of justice and service to people, reflecting the vision of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
